How long until my order ships?

Every Fly Deck clock is made to order just for you, so please allow 2–5 weeks for production before it ships. Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–15 business days with tracking. We email you at every stage — order confirmed, in production, and shipped.

Does it really shoot flames?

No — and we're upfront about that. The rear engines light up with a red-orange LED glow effect when the alarm goes off. It looks incredible in a dark room, but it is a light, not real fire. Everything is shown honestly in our videos.

Does the jet move or fly?

It's a solid desk alarm clock — it stays anchored on its base and vibrates in place when the alarm fires, like the real thing straining on the deck. It does not physically fly or drive around. That's by design, and it's what makes it feel alive on your desk.

How loud is the alarm?

Loud enough to get you up. It plays a real fighter-jet engine roar instead of a weak beep — heavy sleepers love it. Volume is adjustable for your room.

How is it powered?

USB-C rechargeable — no constant battery swapping. Charge it, set it on your nightstand or desk, and you're good to go.

Is it good quality or a cheap toy?

It's a proper collector's piece — a solid metal display base, authentic livery and squadron markings, real weight in your hand. Built to sit on your shelf for years, not a flimsy plastic gimmick.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because each piece is custom made to order, all sales are final except for defective or damaged items. If anything arrives broken or faulty, email us within 7 days with a photo or video and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. You can also cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins.
