Because all items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 HOURS of purchase, before production begins.

• Cancel within 24 hours of ordering: full refund.
• After 24 hours: production has started and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded, except in the case of a defective or damaged item as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
